Meet The Team

A Licensed Property Manager in the State of Oregon and a Treasure Valley native, Heidi has dedicated over 30 years to the field of professional property management. Her extensive experience spans overseeing portfolios ranging from 100 to 10,000 units, demonstrating her commitment to upholding the highest industry standards. Heidi holds more than 20 licenses and certifications, including Certified Professional Manager (CPM)®, Certified Residential Manager (CRM)®, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM)®, IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)®, and IICRC Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS)®. Since 2004, she has also served as a certified trainer for Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant Laws.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Heidi is a passionate Mickey Mouse collector, a devoted wife and mother, and an outdoor enthusiast who loves spending time in the mountains.

Born in Washington, Will moved to the Treasure Valley in 1999 and oversees renovations for Loft.

With over 20 years’ experience in the field, he provides exceptional skills and craftsmanship to Loft and our residents. Will holds multiple licenses and certifications with Oregon and Idaho as well as the accredited Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC).

A father to 3 beautiful children, Will is a prominent local DJ and entrepreneur in his spare time.

Born and raised in Weiser Idaho, Ben was a professional in the automotive industry until 2004, he spent then spent the next 17 years exceling as a Certified and licensed HVAC technician, finally leaving the industry in 2022 at the top of his game to join Loft as our Maintenance Coordinator. Ben’s exceptional leadership skills and extensive knowledge make him an invaluable part of the Loft Team. Much beloved by our staff and residents alike, Ben is always quick to lend a hand and share his knowledge and expertise.

Ben and his beautiful wife are the proud parents of two sons both attending their first and third years of college respectively. Ben is an accomplished carpenter and master craftsman, and when he is not spending quality time with his family you can find him creating stunning works of art in his garage.

Barb is a Licensed Property Manager in the State of Oregon, and an active member of the Oregon Rental Housing Association. Barb spent 20 years as a surgical nurse while owning and managing her own rental properties in the Valley. She is an Oregon native, and legislative representative for the Property Management industry.

Dave is instrumental in our renovations; he has been in the construction and remodel industry for over 30 years. He is a Jack of all trades and always happy to help. Originally from Winnemucca, Dave made the move to the Treasure Valley 12 years ago. He is “happily single” and is the father to 2 grown sons and 3 amazing grandsons! In his free time Dave loves to read physics and psychology, he is a natural problem solver and genuinely loves his job!

Raised in beautiful Council Idaho, Jared made the move to Ontario 10 years ago to continue his 20+ year career in maintenance and construction.  An integral part of our renovation team, Jared is always quick with a joke and a smile. An avid fisherman Jared delights in the outdoors and spending time with his dogs.

Living in Ontario for over 25 years now, Van was born in Hollywood CA. Before retiring from the food service industry and joining Loft, Van spent over 30 years as a professional chef owning and operating a popular local family restaurant. After winning awards in both local and regional competitions for his secret chili and salsa recipes, Van moved to Hillsborough Oregon accepting the prestigious position of Head Supervisor for the Food Service Program at the Intel Campus. After too many years of rain (as he puts it) Van moved back home to Ontario to be closer to his family. Father to 5 beautiful children between the ages of 11 to 37, 3 rambunctious dogs and 2 “lazy” cats, Van likes to spend his free time volunteering and helping in the community. Always quick with a smile or hello, Van is a favorite of both Residents and staff alike.

Born and raised in Ontario, Ulysses is our Rock Star Landscaper. Leaving behind his prior career framing houses, Ulysses joined our team in 2021 and has become a Resident favorite. A devoted husband and father to 2 young ones, Ulysses has a deep commitment to his faith and family. He likes to spend his free time mixing, creating and writing his own music and lyrics

Cassie's hard work makes our homes shine. With years of experience Cassie is always willing to go the extra mile. Quick with a smile and a friendly outgoing personality, Cassie has lived in the Treasure Valley her entire life. The mother of 2 amazing kids,  and a beautiful granddaughter, Cassie loves to spend time in the outdoors fishing.
